Up from 1, only cos I have cool friends who booked us a bach today in manghawai for a week away in a couple of months.
Realised I have some personal moral ethics to overcome to suit a person have to deal daily, do.not.like. Time to learn to shut my mouth and smile and nod.

3/10 at the moment mostly thanks to being bored to death at work, tonight until Sunday should be about a 9/10 thanks to:

- It being the weekend
- Sex with an attractive man
- Drinks in Camden with a friend tonight
- Life size inflatable Stonehenge in Greenwich to bounce on (free too), cute dog, nice friend, ciders
- Sleep
- A fun party I may attend

-Works gong well, helped co facillitate some teaching which went well
-Had lunch with mums on Wednesday
-Seen a few friends which I always enjoy
-Bit excited about the roadie to Ohakune Saturday
-Feeling just a smidge off colour and have a cough (thus minus 3 points)

Hoping I'll give it a nudge up a couple points over the weekend.

Last weekend was 10/10... went to Melt! Festival in Germany with some friends from London... was insane!! 3 days of partying... mamma mia.

rest of the week 5/10... tired, a little sick... but happy knowing one more week of work left then 5 weeks holiday!

dullard week

- quiet as fuck at work... as its our quietest time of the year... so I'm a bit bored (so have taken next week off)
- beer consumption has been fucked around by dicks doing dry july - cock smokers, just donate and drink like real people
- nz politics and our short sighted tards in office have done my head in this week
- as have the rascist cocks that inhabit out land whom I've come into contact with
- cricket practice (no I don't play, friends do)

wicked week

- weathers been mint
- some people have surprised me with lovely little gestures of community spirit
- scored some new wax
- scored some duty free fags
- hot toddys at home (refer cock smokers on dry july)
- refinding/relistening to some old fave tunes that make me smile
- found a mint source of shorts online

Hmm, maybe a 7/10.

Went to see Batman for free last night so that was pretty good. I also had butter chicken and lollies, so that was epic, but really naughty as I am on a whole 30 diet whoops. Otherwise work has been ok and I have been smashing it at the gym. Got a lead to follow on my missing cat so that has my hopes up and have nothing planned this weekend so it should be relaxing as shit.

Pretty good week, fixed some more VB issues that I'm still miles away from understading properly, awesome dinner at Snap Dragon last night, only tempered by the fact Crystal Palace sold one of their best players for a pittance. Also my broken rib is healing way slower than I anticipated and I really want to go back to the gym and play footie again.

Semester started and my classes are looking really interesting with good tutors. And I've decided to use/experiment with project management software to keep organised as this is the big one.

Almost solely because I haven't had a ciggy since Fri night, but also some cool things have happened at work.

Oh ok my week is 1/10 now a friends bf visa wasn't extended so she's leaving for Aussie next week and they probably won't come back as she's from Scotland..and another friend is leaving for France end of next month forever and my bff since I was 13 has found out her mum doesn't have long to live she has cancer and her family is like family to me.

I need wine.

Some big deadlines this week so been quite full on. We also have reno going on in our lounge which makes it hard to chill out in the evenings!

So a 6/10 this week.

About an 8. I like the work I do so that makes most weeks pretty good. I got sign off to do my research from a Clinical Director, which is awesome, and the other one I need seems to be coming around to the idea as well so that's great

All my major projects at work finished about three weeks ago, so I'm left doing documentation and tidying up. I have a couple of other things on, but I don't fully understand them so I'm trying to get information.

Done some good exercise this week though and I've finished a couple of books I was working my way through. Ended up really enjoying one I wasn't sure about.

8/10 Works going well and I'm pretty much achieving all my goals. Hired someone new on Wednesday to work with me which should help things along. Have a trip back to NZ planned in Sep. Got a new flatmate and besides being a bit of a brokeass he's working out well. I've been getting enough sleep, getting better scores on BF3, the cat sits on my knee and the admin girl is wearing tight pants today

4 Assignments running concurrently atm.

8/10 because I am plowing through them... So much work <3 this course.

5/10 just another average week.

meh out of ten, uni started but it was only intro so nothing exciting yet, student loan dicks are still fucking about, no football to watch, and work is average, but the weekend is almost here and I plan to make home brew, watch Tim and Eric marathon in preparation for their tour, put together new PC, read new books, and get to work on a couple of other random projects so that should liven things up

- Grandma is in hospital because she was trapped in the bath from 7pm till about 3pm the next day when police broke the door down and was only 32 degrees when they found her - but even at 89 she's a tough old duck and says she feels fine and is doing extremely well.
- A touch of toothache

4/10 - girl has just gone overseas for a month, pretty broke right now, but my broken rib has finally healed so I can play football tomorrow so there's something to look forward at least.

Worst week in a dog's age with things outside my control conspiring to fuck me but for some reason I'm completely unconcerned. Hopefully this means I've attained super Saiyan but more likely I'm gonna be having a beer over the weekend and end up sobbing into it without warning <:

Good dinners, friends, smashing pints, Girl Unit and Jon Convex tonight, another mid winter xmas and frisbee over the weekend.

Probs about a 7. It wasn't anywhere near as good as the last one, but still an enjoyable watch.

I've been to the gym too much, work has been draining and boring, I have been fighting a losing battle against evil sugar and not much has generally happened. Although my mum arrives home on Sunday and on Monday it will be 4 weeks until my trip, so there are things to look forward to.

I give it another 8. Had two nights in a row this week tossing and turning trying hopelessly to write difficult parts of my thesis while half asleep in bed. Which was irrirating when the day prior i'd cleared up one major problem so you'd think a peaceful sleep was in order. Then after those two rotten nights I had a cracking day and got clear on a bunch of stuff I'd been trying to get my head around for weeks, and surged ahead. Today has been kind of average progress wise, but all up I really enjoy this work and find it fascinating and rewarding. Sometimes when I stop work at night I almost count the hours till I can start again.

7-8ish.
Good swell a couple of days ago, got all glassy after the storm.
Finished writing and now I have to learn to play what Ive written.
