money aside, what welli locals would you book?

id have huck headline, tane play before him, and gregb open up the night. if there was an aux room, id let that emilym girl play for as long as she wanted (gotta support the newbs) then have zippy take over, followed by amber

house music all night long!

Too many to choose from! Laughing

Lounge bar, downbeat/hip hop etc - Marek...Kava, Takas, Amber (hip hop set)
Club room, house, tech-house, techno, prog, minimal - Tane warming up...Tequila Flange till 5am...Bryce and Wade b2b till close (at least 8am!) haha
[quote]
Chaomain, Rumble and Pequire...lucky I get to see all of them this weekend at Superclub! Woop! Music

aw, bless @ sapphari and insanity

where's the party.
[quote]
Zippy and Tane warming up/closing for Welli ex-pats Cuffy & Leon D would be mad Music
[quote]
Hmm.. Andy B to warm up, Bigbird b2b Nameci for some hard trance, move onto D&G (or Future Resonance if we're talking national locals) Crisis, Keith with some solid, classic HH and then finish it with lubo back from the UK for a set with D Rail putting in his 2 cents alongside him. I'd defintely pay for that one.

if it were a house party, id book ....

Main room (in no particular order)
Tane, shortstop, that midgit guy.

no electro and no more than 2 breaks tunes at a time.

room 2
Marek, Kava, Takkas, amber, play waht you want.

BYO booze and splifs alowed inside.
[quote]
rewind 5 or 6 years:

Mnemonik and Chaomain in the main room.

Dannyboy and SteveO in the house room.

me = happy Music

this year the Welli DJ's I have enjoyed most were Danny (of course), Amber and Stoffa.

Yeah I know - I thought that immediately after I posted, but had a nameblank.

What was that bar that where you could see the backs of the DJs from Courtenay place? When Bubbles and Danny played there it was awesome.

Thanks Sapphari, I don't remember meeting you but you have obviously heard me play, I would have no problems playing the aux room and for as long as I wanted (cos I have so many records I'd have to play one would be Professional Widow by Tori Amos is "my top tune" never fails to please Smile

I'm playing at Liquidate next Friday 1st August from about 5:30pm to 9pmish, come along for a cocktail or wine to wind down the week and kick start the weekend, it went off last time!
I describe my music as feel good house music, a little soulful, vocal & funky then later a bit more banging...
[quote]
All the guys that play trance or at some point have/did haha.

Quaymay, Andy B, Simplex, Gusto, Dexter, Chaomain(?)[Can't remember whether he has or not], Ryder. There are other old school trance guys that I can't remember.

Love epic sets...most I've done is 6 and 6.5 hours straight...though both were at house parties, not clubs/bars...a set that long in a club with solid dancefloor would rock...a set that long in a bar environment were often there's not much dancing, and often you're only background music, would feel like a lifetime! Laughing
[quote]
I personally don't mind, Attic Lounge was set up for dancing and there was quite a few people in there dancing the whole time i was playing so that's always motivational. I take every opportunity and the longer sets are good because it's a) practice b) you can play a bit more variety Smile
