I'm looking for a flat close to town:

Remuera, Orakei, Newmarket, Ellerslie (Remuera side), Parnell, Greenlane (Newmarket end). Would consider Mt Eden, Ponsonby, Freemans Bay???

Need:
Off Street Parking
Double Room
Close to public transport into the city
Couple of likeminded flatmates (like their dance music, like a few vinos & going into town, hanging out occassionally) Mid 20'sish.
Possible addition of one cute chinchilla who is cage bound & not messy at all.

Yes I know I sound fussy but hey....... I have to live there!!
