I have had promises month after month. I have logged 5 calls with them since and every time just get one excuse after the other.
The main reason why I moved my account was that every time you have a fault or issue with the service, you hold on for at least 30 to 40 min before an agent helps you. They told me 3 times to replace my modem, when it was ORCON's fault. I changed my modem twice just to return it to Dick Smith as it was not the problem - Thanks Dick Smith for excellent service!

I would never, never ever recommend ORCON to anybody. Please steer clear to save you heaps of pain.
