I'm happy with them cos they let me go off the dole real easy (I love contract employment!) and I hardly ever have to deal with them. Which is the way it should be . . . guess I'm partially invisible to the system!

But yeah I know, they do some muthafukka things!!

It took them five months and about eight letters to figure out that I go to UNITEC and not AUT last year. Every contract they sent me had AUT on it, so I changed it to UNITEC and sent it back. They told me it wasn't valid so they said me a new one, unfortunately it still had AUT on the form. Repeat this process until the start of semister two and you have omne stuent with no books, no student ID and very little money to attempt to live off.

They're slow.

Don't even attempt to talk to a case manager, ring their 0800 and make them force someone to see you. Then they're fine.

they may cock up most things, but not as much as the IRD...!
