I was playing squash once a week in London before i left. I enjoyed it a lot - for some reason i just can;t figure, i don't really have the attention span to commit myself to a workout. I have to have something more interactive to do with another person, otherwise my concentration on what i'm doing just strays all over the place.
And am about to spend 2 months sitting in the sauna of South East Asia, so that will help will weight loss too!
