Whole bunch of files just disappeared?! Vista :|

So I was finally re-organising my media across all my drives... I was just moving some files from one place to another on the same drive, and suddenly it looked like everything in the folder I was working with just suddenly disappeared ?!

I wasn't even deleting anything. I tried pressing undo, and some of the files I moved already came back, but none of the others that just randomly disappeared. I checked the folder size, and there's 50 gigs missing. Searched the whole computer and they're not showing anywhere else or in Recycle Bin Any ideas?

System restore won't bring them back right?

you need an undelete program, unless youve moved files to the disk chances are its completely recoverable.

and forgodssake don't go writing anything to disk in the meantime.
