Who went to Real Time last night?

If so, what did you think?

It was a good night, yet a can't help but feel that Roger Perry's set just went on for a tad too long, the crowd wasn't that receptive to the same sound for that long. The crowd itself was great, I think I must have been one of the only under 30's there!

Why do so many people object to having thier photo taken for 'the internet'? Hehe!

Anyway, so really, what did you think about it?

I was there.. thought it was damn good. Although I would have liked more of C&L and got a little tired of the live vocals over HoD. Good idea but a little too much I thought. Good to hear Roger Perry play so much kiwi stuff!

Hah Redbeast I was under 30! Se emy post on Dancenet - lacked the vibe of the last one and lots of bogans an OK night but didnt really get me going at any stage (could have just been the buzz I was on I guess).

I reckon it was the vibe that disappointed - I bailed earlier than one should considering my "state" and listening to the broadcast on George FM it actually wasn't too shabby at all. I may have passed out on the couch in the lounge but when Soane dropped Ian Pooley's "Fly Shuffle" I was dancing up a storm in my head.

Does it grate anyone else that when George do a live-to-air from a gig their "presenters" constantly talk at any moment possible? They yakked through Hed Kandi, Soane's Bachelor Party and Real Time.

Why the nickname "Redbeast" Redbeast?

Realtime was the shiznit ... big-ups to the class NZ dj's!!
