*puts hand up* I started off paying people to do the work but the more I learn the more stuff I do myself, helps to have talented friends that can help but basically I've found you save big $$$ when you can do things yourself.

not with super lows if you get your shocks shortened (I have a mate at a hydraulics company that can do this)

you can get your standard springs compressed
or reset

Yup that is true, I knew a guy who had them compressed, one shot out when he was going around a corner and not at speed, could have been a dodgey install but he had it done properly, compressing is a bit dodgey, at least fit kings and get shocks shortened or if you got the funds coilovers are by far the best
