I'm intending to do a bit of overseas travel myself, and am interested in hearing some feedback and other peoples opinions

Love it. Moved to get away from auckland and make my mark on the big wide world. Loving it more than expected!

Born and bred in Wellington but have also lived in Auckland a few times. Moved to the UK in 2002 and totally loved it. Had to return to NZ for some time and realised either I was not ready for NZ, or it was not ready for me! Was heading back to the UK with one week vacation/stopover in Singapore and got offered a job. The experience and money was too good an opportunity to give up. Singapore is interesting for the short term, but definately am glad this is not my destiny.

Edinburgh, in Bonnie scotland, And leaving auckland was the best move I ever made..!!

i want to move to another country. australia again would be cool - i had a primo job, was meeting wicked people and the city just works! unlike auckland

i might be going to england for a semester next year (fingers crossed) yay for british passports can go and leave as i please

Currently in South Carolina, USA, only here for work for a short while.

The states, although I wasnt expecting too much, is a hole. Everything looks dirty and rundown (at least in the few parts I've been to), and everyone really is quite rude. You do get the 'Thankyou, Have a good day' all the time, but its very scripted.

Mind you, I have only seen a little bit of it, so other parts ~may~ be different. Has been an interesting trip, though

Im in London. Been here for 9 months. Best thing I ever did was moving here. Had enough of NZ. Got sick of being stuck in the corner of the world...needed to be where the action was!!! Now I'm here and I still love it. Wont be home for a long long time.
