Roma has plenty of gigs weekly/monthly and DJ's that cater for this all round the place

I find Imbibe has catered for this fairly well so far, Deep C has residency there..and she is very funky! I would like there to be more funky house

Yep Roma also has certain gigs on for this.

BLOWHOLE FM!!! BIG UPS. The only reason to get up in the mornings..

Tauranga doesn't have a big dance scene

Techno is the backbone....Its funny how the gloss of house and the drugs in hard house have taken the spotlight off of techno.

Techno is more of an elitist purist thing now...
But is still at the forefront in terms of groundbreaking production.

I still love a propa set of the hard techno..

Chey D styles.. when he's doing one of his cold/solid build up sets with lots of stabs etc.. at Fu Bar (when it was just the small bar side) use to get me jumping like a mad man.

I am a mad man.. but this really placed Emphasis on this factor.
