What is everyone up to?

I am aiming to get the bulk of the deck done here and get a whole heap of little tasks out of the way with summer well on its way. Once that is done though it will be onto the paving area. It is a gradual chipping away process here!

Looking forward to the final on Sunday! Heading out for brunch with Nemesis and Ether for a catch up with will be good.

Will pop out for a skate if the weather holds up.

Not much today... Rugby stuff tomorrow - Drinking tomorrow night either way, hangover monday.

One last day of shopping in Bangkok, then we begin the journey back to NZ tonight. Arrive home around 4pm tomorrow, the it's time for a quick rest the party time for the rugby.

Went shopping today with my puppy and sis....now Im at home waiting for kid to get back from a bday party....hoping for a warm day tomorrow as I want to go Paddleboarding..........hrmmmmm

Watched the rugby last night,quiet one at home this evening watching Attack The Block. Tomorrow will go for a ride and then the rugby of course! Monday will be a write off probably.. oh and can't forget FU/ZEN after the rugby!! Last night EVER!

Hopefully unwinding...... I have just moved house!

Am now also a single mother so yes.. life is proving interesting!

Great my car has just broken down had to get it towed home...sounds expensive to fix..no mechanics open till Tuesday ..seriously FML I cant go party as have to save my money now... sooooooooo feel like screaming.

My weekend involved beach, sun, wine wine wine, winning, chocolate, bacon.

Pretty full on weekend for me but got loads done!

God I hope your not talking about those orrible fucking stand up paddle boards that the old rich fucks from Omaha ride.

Oh and Im nerding it at Armageddon this weekend. My wife's even going to the masquerade ball afterwards.

Oh so follow ups only once its gone past the weekend?...righto......well last weekend I got super blazed, walked to the beach with wife, Rata, and Kalice, got blazed again, watched a bunch of dudes in tight clothes chase a piece of dead cow around a field (man they really wanted that piece of dead cow, something about a cup too?) and ate large quantities of bacon, mentioned star wars many times, and pretended I was Brian May for the evening.

I'm certain 99% of paddle boarding done in the Auckland region is done far away from any kind of surf.

Catching up with a couple mates on Saturday. Some odd jobs around the house. Maybe pop to a movie. Going to take it easy this weekend!

my point being: things used to be simple... there were waves and surf boards... but that wasn't enough was it

now we've all manner of stupidness on our waterways

and we can't swim

Unfortunately even just plain ol surf boards are fairly complicated now, wetties have all manner of batwing attachments and collars, you can customise your fins - on the beach before you paddle out, leashes come in a variety of lengths, new kickers on your grip, even something as simple as rail shape has now many many options...it goes on and on.

Jesus Christ. That's just the fucking end. Fucking kids these days.
