D-Man, that was my first club too.....it was called Sam Buca's back then!!!
Me & my schoolfriends got in with our fake ID's...we were only 16!

Cal neva was a couple names-Studabakers perhaps?? or it was THE FRIDGE for like,a couple weeks or sumthin.

First club was Candios(which turned into SITE-eh,john davis?)
then hooked into DTM's,Tappas,and Club 21(sugar reef)

I will confess that a LONG time ago I would have been to Cal Neva or the Waterfront, but I can't remember the first place I ever went ...maybe I was really drunk that night

Then when I was 18 I discovered Sinners,... way back when it was good, decent people, not clicky clicky, alwyas had a smile on their face. The music was great, the walls were stickey, it was dark and seedy,...

The "Forge" in Papakura, 15, Thursday night "Hat Night", woke up in the car park in someones car and went to school!

It was called Xenon and was in Picadilly London. It was 1982!

What was Candio's called after it was Candio's?? I think I went to a Massey HS afterball there....

Then there was H2O and that crappy Music Factory that lasted 5 minutes - good venue, slack location. The old loaded hog was better than this one, although Im sure not many of its punters today know it was on the next block over.
