I’m curious to know whether you take part in sport, whether for fun, competitive, what your best result is and what your current and future goals are. I just wonder – most people did it at school/uni but give it up afterward. I was the opposite – I didn’t start doing any sport until about 4 years ago.

Whether it’s individual or team sport, or just your best bench-press, (and okay, if you won $50K in Poker too) tell all!

Sport: I am a middle-long distance runner. I also do boxing, swimming and cycling for cross-training.

Best results: Best marathon result is a 3hr35 marathon last year, but this season after changing diet and dedicating more time to training, I took 6 minutes off my best ½ marathon time and now run them consistently under 90 minutes.

Future goals: I’m aiming to run the New York marathon 2nd November in under 3hrs 15. Next year I plan to train to reach a sub-3hr, plus do an Ironman…and then in Feb 2010 run the Speights Coast to Coast.
