What is a Monkey Feather ?

Hmmm monkey feather im not tryin to dredge up some antagonising musical preference debate id just really like to know on what part of the animal is the feather.
Birds have them of course, and certain species of fish have them also.
Humans wear them decoratively... Yankey Doodle stuck one in his hat, so where does the monkey put his then.
Could some finger on the pulse raver please explain, thatd be just so spiffy.... RLX but ewes can call me Mr RLX

Always thought it was a type of flower. A monkey who knows how to row? Feather is another term for fine long hair growing down the back of a horse or dog leg. Maybe the monkey is just confused
