Are we gonna get some decent lasers to spin us out with at lashes, i'm talking that green one inparticualar that can be flat, or look like a massive tunnel, and the ones that can make pictures, like, actual figures, cartoons, writing etc???
The best lasers I recall seeing are at Fevah events. As far as I recall OGA has either no lasers or ones that don't really stand out.
My memory of dance partys is bad at the best of times so someone might want to correct me on this
i seem to recall a rather dismal laser at Nick Warren, the ceiling was so low that it only went up to eye level and back again. oh well better that nothing i guess!
I agree with ya Narcisis. All the Fevah events I've been to have usually had a good laser. I like the one quite a while back that was used to "draw" all the animated images on the wall at the Staircase. The dancing Fred Flintstone was pretty trippy.
Come to the Lighthouse Nightclub in Palmy North, we have a green laser that can draw pictures, writing, etc, u name it, anything can be done, its from the uk, worth round 10k.

Best night EVER. pilled to fuk at the first Slinky party. Lisa Lashes had just finished, and luke Neville had just come on and opened with Zombie Nation - Kerncraft400. I was standing down the front, smoke everywhere and one of those green lazers made a tunnel and was pointing right at me so i could see up it. couldnt move or anything, just stood there and BUZZED OUT!

I tell you. Just look at the massive mirror balls at the St James and watch the beams of light bounce of them at that is easily enough. I tried to recreate it in my room . I have two balss but they dont seem to have the same effect. Dammit. Anyone offer any advice how to use light so that there are lots of little dots rolling round my room?
If you have a good laser, make a pattern on it, such as a circle or circle of moving dots, focus it real close so you get a smaller one, and then shine at mirrorball, then ull have laser lightrays all over there place and dots on floor. Come to Palmerston North and we will show you.
Most of the lazers used at Fevah events are called 'Innerphase Lazers' - they are the green ones your talking about which create the tunnel vision, and sweeps across a large room creates levels etc.... - I'm pretty sure that they are brought up from Christchurch.

the Case already, because you know how much
effort Jon D has made in the past. Come to GC

159 used to have some very cool ones also.
They lights they had in the boiler room where wikked, they looked like huge big tunnels and them turned into big armed beating down on the ground...
COOL.. although the acid i was on might have had something to do with it.
I'm pretty sure they'll have that green laser at GC, it was there last time. I'm Hoping that they put the sunrise onto the main screen and have the sun rising when the last song is being played, like the had at supernova. That was cool.
