Looking forward to wobble tonight, would love to see some more hard dance and trance down here. People dont go out here because there isn't and consistency with the gigs. Some will come and then leave it too long before they return. I think the guys from needle on the record have got it right, they are down here quite oftern and have developed a following, people look forward to there gigs. The same goes with liquid lounge, they get consistently good dj's (dick johnson, bevan keys, cuz, etc...) and are always packed. You can't expect to pull the crowds after one or two gigs, you have to work on it and it'll pay off in the end.

so in your opinion frantic, you would like to see a regular hard dance night at a club here in hamilton?
How often do you think regular would be in your opinion? once a week, once a fortnight or once every three weeks?

IMO i think its a good idea to have it once a fortnight or really once every 3 weeks. SO you can build up and cultivate your genre. This is hamilton and from experience, Its better to not over do it on a one specific genre, apart from liquid lounge. Im probably speaking more form the Catalyst point of View seeing as I think thata whata proper DANCE club is.

But yeah what do you think..
what are some of your ideas.. etc about regular parties in hamilton?

Too true Q'.

Once a month sounds like a good thing to me. hard dance & dnb seem to go stale if they are 'thrashed' too buch.

because house music (eg liquid lounge) is of a 'passive' nature its hard to get sick of, even if you listen to it all day & night.

Very Happy What djs would you want to hear?
Ive got some lined up that will blow yer sox off! and am keen as hell to start a regular gig, in both hammy & tauranga.

Nick collins is wicked, last time I saw him play was at the mf pool party.
At the after party some drunk bitch lent over the dj booth and wacked the needle off his record. Should have seen his face, talk about pissed off. Good night though, pitty about the numbers at the pool party. Good concept though, Ibiza at the hamilton pools right across from the police station. Ha ha ha!! (What were you thinking mf)
