Anyone in the VoIP business? What hardware phones do you use?
We've been using Yealink for a while due mainly to form, their being customizable, function, price, and the reliability of supply but recently their phones have a few too many little issues* for me to be fucked with. We've also used Cisco, Linksys, and Aastra but all of them have their own issues in addition to being more expensive, so thought I might just put it to the group to discuss.
*In case anyone is interested the kinds of issues I am talking about is gradual accumulated slowdown with phones using DSS consoles, and the inability to use multiple forwarding destinations from buttons on the phone. Generally these wouldn't be a problem, but with one particular customer both issues have reasonable repercussions hence my wondering about alternatives that aren't any of the above
