The United States Army has discharged three soldiers for abusing Iraqi prisoners of war in southern Iraq
The US army sent home three soldiers for beating and harassing soliders yet they serve no jail time. It's no wonder the US refuse to sign up to an international war crimes court with such lenient treatment of offenders.
