I have heard that this guy is the real deal. He plays a real hard, up for it style of trance/techno/hard house.

This is one reason people should definitely check this Unity out. Some have said "Why pay $30 for a lineup you see normally for $8?" assuming everyone sticks to the same club.

Do people really stick to the same club all night at Unity? Doesnt that defeat the purpose?

People like that just look at the line up and think that they can see it any night of the week - but what other night will you find all the clubs in town packed out on a Thursday night! There is a certain vibe that goes with Unity ... one that comes with having 2000 people all in Lichfield Street. I'll be spending the early part of the night checking out places like the Church where I havent been before.

And what other night will you find 48 Sonic / Pylon / Sean playing on the same night ?

Yoji is very good. I caught him at Club Lovely 2 a while back I think, very...energised!

35 pingers for that many djs is nothing, but are the ChCh punters becoming over exposed to good dj talent?

I mean some nites there are 3 clubs competing with great talent from nz / intl. and everyone has only so much dosh to go round?? just a thought

Unity will be awesome, as jamsed mentioned 2000 "folks" in Lichfield St alone has gotta be a good vibe eh!?
