On The 28th March 2009 at Ink & Coherent Playground celebrates its One year birthday.

2008 was an amazing year for Playground as it went from strength to strength and turned into a much loved club label.

In the last year Playground have gone right from throwing small club events right through to throwing sell out boat cruises.

None of this is possible without the support of you.

Playground would like to humbly thank everyone that has supported us in the last year and make a commitment that we will keep working hard to bring bigger and better Playground events to you.

Playground is back bigger and better than ever, Playground has a brand new venue to call home in the famous surroundings of Ink & Coherent.

For our birthday we have recruited some of New Zealand’s finest and most renowned Djs around to day. We also have a very exciting line up of local talent and some very new Djs whose skills and unique styles will impress you all.

Musically we are going to cover the spectrum starting right from Funky House and moving through to Electro, Electro Breaks, Breaks, Nu Rave, Fidget House, Dub Step, Tech House, there truly will be something for everybody on the night delivered to you from eighteen different Djs.
