track name please

I have only heard this played song twice.
Once by Cuz & once by Soane.
The beat & bassline kinda reminds me of "Rappers Delight" and the only lyrics I can make out is "......everybodys grooving to the music...." and what sounds like "disco" being repeated over.
I hope thats a good enough description.

Anybody?
