Yeah its always been like that. I suspect that there are a few promoters on here posting under various names.

And there are some people that feel that everyone should go to the event they like, so they bad mouth the other events that are on at the same time.

There are definitley DJ'd and promoters on here under alliances because they are to scared too actually push their poinions and have people knowing who they are. People aint gonna judge you becuase of what you say-and if they do then your wasting your time with thsoe sort of people anyway.

oh for gawd sake, why do chats always come back to "oh, it must be the 'evil opposition' talking down something or other"? Why can't you just believe that there actually are people who want to express an opinion that they don't rate the event???

Yeah, but in the past theres been comments along the lines of "x is crap, why would anyone want to go to x. x has always been crap.....". Fine by me if people want to express their opinions, it would be nice if some people would have a point to make.

I see what you're saying harvey, but surely it's fair for us to express our concerns when we have been burnt in the past....it doesn't mean that there are evil motives behind it, maybe we just don't want to get ripped off?
Anyway a friend of mine that works at Ellerslie said that Tiday Trax is only on the ground floor and being that the attraction of ellerslie for most people is the different levels and esculators I'm standing by my choice to go to Gatecrasher instead. No evil motives or secret conspiracy - just my choice and opinion - everyone else is entitled to make their own mind up.

I must say, if Tidy Trax is only the ground floor, I'll probably go to Gatecrasher. I need to be able to go on my twisted explorations of a venue.

BUT... but, but Tidy Trax is a ONE GREEN APPLE EVENT...it shld b FuNkY! Where is Gatecrasher who is the event being presented by?

Gatecrasher is at the St James and is being put on by Cheeky Monkey.

The DJs are Armin van Buuren, Tall Paul, Scott Bond and Lucient Foort. Tickets are $60.

I heard the early bird tickets are sold out, anyone know if there are any left anywhere?

I went and brought one the other day, the ticket wallet said something about winning a trip to the Summer Sound System in Sydney, if you buy it before a certain date..

yeah I think it's the 13th which is only a few days away, but does the ticket price go up after that or are all the cheap tickets already gone?

And it takes forever to get out of the car park in the morning. The garden out the front of ellerslie is cool. I was meaning to go frollicking and be at one with nature for a while at Nick Warren, but I forgot.

mmmmmmm ellerslie rocks.....St James is cool and all but Ellerslie is definately my favourite, the escalators..the size of the venue, the garden it all combines to make for a kick ass night !

accoring to my friend that works there it's the bottom floor only.....doesn't sound like there is going to be much exploring to be had, kind of kills the excitment if you ask me
