Hey, I have these, it's a piggy back rca that you plug into your phono input and then slot the phono sends into the back of them.
Set up is easy... you buy the piggyback heads and swap them onto your rcas or buy some pre made.
Then you wind up with 2 sets of standard rcs's and 2 sets with one normal end and one piggyback end.
label one set with a piggyback P1 abd the other piggyback set P2, label them at both ends.
label the standard rcas as L1 and L2, again label at both end.
Tape all four sets together with insulation tape leaving enough room at both ends to stretch around your ssl box and reach the mixer inputs at the other end, 6 inches or so...
now when you set up you'll know what cable goes where and don't have to muck about in the dark with individual leads.
I can and have been able to set up from scratch in less than the time it takes to play one decent house record.
questions....?.. it's easier to show you than to describe it. hope this helps.
