Who's got any ideas? Whaddya think is going to happen?

I'm hoping that McLaren travel well - not their strong point early in the season in the past few years. I think Renault could still be a dark horse despite being clearly slower in most pre-season testing.. They're known for not running amazingly in pre-season, opting instead to get their car sorted under heavy fuel loads - the opposite of Ferrari mentality.

Toyota is looking terrible. Ralph Schumacher has made a right arse of himself this week by claiming he's one of the top three drivers in F1. Laughing The guy really has his head screwed on the wrong way.

Williams and Spyker also look set to bring up the chassis issue this week again with an eye to excluding Torro Rosso and Super Aguri or at least making it so they can't earn any constructors points. Wonder what the outcome will be?

Williams is also looking pretty solid in pre-season form - hopefully they'll have something to cheer about this year (asp now that Wurz is actually driving and not just testing for once)

For sure. Their pre-season testing has been all about reliability and they've been, by far, the most reliable AND consistently the top one or two in speed. Overall their pre-season speed was better than Ferrari's - only Ferrari owned everyone in Bahrain where it was 35 degrees and no-one knew anything about the tires in hot weather - except Ferrari, as they designed the tires.

Alonso is a hussler - something which Kimi is not. I think given some of the same situations the pressure he puts on drivers ahead of him would cause errors and create overtaking opportunities.

Kimi is in a good spot too though. Finally he has a car which should give him wins.

In 2005 McLaren had the fastest car by miles for most of the season but just faultered again and again with reliability.
