The Love Has Returned

I went to Bed last night (the club), and had the best night in a club ive had for ages. The place was absolutly CRANKING! I cant think of one thing i could whinge about. The people, the music, the atmosphere, all came together to make one hell of a night.
I had to ask myself lastnight.....
"HAS THE LOVE RETURNED?"
It fully seemed like it. I met heaps of new people, everyone was fully amped and charging, it was "just like the old days"
Lets hope the love is here to stay.

yep, summer will soon be upon us! i figure everyone is just hanging out for summer parties and holidays. good to see a positive post! bring on the parties!

I assume part of it is because exams are over(?) maybe? But you're right NOS Pig last night was rocking! Really great crowd. The last time I went it didn't seem like anyone was into it.

Man, Bed sounds like the most kick-ass place to be (with all you Biggies!) - and as I had a wicked time at Fahrenhite at the Phoenix here in Wgtn on Friday night, I am sooo totally back into the techno/trance scene.

I'm sensing great urges for a mission to Auckland with Colgate.... *grin*

Okay, so maybe that's a bad idea. Six hours driving there ... eight hours or so of hardcore dancing ... then probably less sleep than optimal ... then six hours driving back. Okay, that would be a really big mission.

It was definitley a well wicked night for the trance massive alike. Good to see both bEd and Kiss pumping. Didnt go into kiss but it seemed like there were a mass of people pouring in there to. Anyone see the fight oputside bEd with the bouncer?

Ohh, then again, mabey not - me got a PS2 today in a moment of total madness. Now I want to quit my job and stay at home to spend more time with it =)

One small thing I noticed about bEd though. Even with my uneducated trance ear, I heard several tracks I heard last time I went to bEd. And not just the same tracks. The same mixes. Thats some 3 months ago. Whats up with that?

There seems to be a few dedicated people who ferry between Welly/Auck, Auck/Welly to go to stuff. I would seriously consider going to Wellington to see Sander Kleinenberg at GC: Digital. He rocks. Even better, go to Sydney and see SK and Armin Van Burren and (rumoured) De La Soul.
