so i rokz up ta 420 wid ma girlz last friday and oh my god we laughed all the way off the floor and out tha door! bro! if ya gonna drink durin ya set get the fuck off the deks ... bad bad bad!

nice set by the dj before him thank god so my first impression of the club wasn't that jaded - thankfully lovely bar staff and nice couches ....

guess i gotta wait till the realness turns up on the deks before i can get overly excited tho! DANGGGGG!

Still good to hear him hosting bfm breakfast this morning, makes for a bit of a change.

And I'm sure slaves tune selection would be better than mr havocs

yeah slave iz the shiz as a bfm announcer and def does a premo job on the Summer Series MC'ing

but lemme just say it was my first time at 420 and the dj before slave was wicked - kept the crowd bumping, nice beatmixin, phat scratches, yadda yadda yadda ... i was all excited to be in a new venue wid a nice bar and pretty views

however ... as soon as slave mounted the dex the choon selection moved from phatnezz to whacknezz - it all started gettin a little too top20-ish & the mixing & choppin was a TOTAL balls up

maybe he was drunk, maybe it was an off night - either way ....

yeah slave isnt the best dj in the world but i guess since hes kind of a celeb he can get away with it...
