The Final Stance

We had big plans. We thought we'd make it a record label, a club, a Bartercard Cup team, even a merchant trading bank. Not really. But we did want to take it to Wellington. But ultimately it's come down to this. One last Stance for Mary Jane.

That's right. State Radio's been head hunted to NYC and will thus be evacuating the premises within a couple of weeks, so this is officially the Last Buffalo Stance (at least until he comes back on holiday, which won't be for at least a year, if ever). It's gonna be pretty emotional, but there'll be laughter amongst the tears, cuz well, B. Stance has always prized fun above all else, and this last one will take that to its logical conclusion. Exactly what that is will be determined on the night, so just make sure you get yr ass there. No excuses, no second chances, tonight, we're gonna give it all to you.

In the darkness of El Paradiso Pony Club THIS Saturday 5 August (cuz we're just so organised right now) the final Buffalo Stance of 2006, and in all probability ever, will go down. Enough? Nah, bro. BLACK GLOVE BOYZ are reuniting especially for this party. White P*rn Rap pioneers, they ruled Auckland's G*y/Strip club scene in the early to mid '80s, before disappearing off the face of the earth. We tracked them down and built a big enough rider to pull them outta retirement and into yer earholes.

With a raft of Guest DJs TBC, and the new even-more-epic run length of 9pm to 5am, this one's a killa. Still Ten Dollars, still with mixtapes and Jager for the early-adopters, this Saturday will ruin your ENTIRE week!
