Not the best pieces of advise but pretty funny shit that came from my Mum
1) Don\'t use Microwaves they cause cancer
2) Don\'t eat margerine it causes cancer
3) Don\'t live near pylons they cause cancer
4) Don\'t drink fluoridated water, it is bad for you (ironic as my father is a dentist)
5) Never eat unwrapped lollies from the dairy, dairy owners have dirty hands

and my personal favourite

Don\'t wear knickers to bed, they will make your thighs fat!!??
