Has anyone ever noticed the woman who stands there motionless usually on Gt North Rd near West Lynn Shops wearing some white gown with red writing all over it? It's some long rant about Christians and confiscation and... well I dunno, you can't really read it. She is sometimes found in the city or nearby. What the hell his her story?
