Techno Producer moving to Auckland

Techno producer sick of the UK and States is moving to Auckland for a year to relax and work on tracks.Would like info on areas similar to that of Soho in London to rent a flat and another space to rent for a studio thats secure and where I and my lable partner can work loud.My lable partner and I would also like to know where might we get a Techno monthly started at , so if anyone has sugestions please let us know. Would also like to get to know more Auckland industry types that do production and mastering.

Yeah Fu, Thursday was a good one, flower did a nice set, starting melodic, heading into the harder beat before chayde stepped up to bat.
