How do they manage to successfully dodge Auckland Anniversary Day every year? SORT IT OUT, NFL.

Yeah I'm pretty psyched actually. First time in 3 years I've been able to sit down and watch the game. Admittedly not great fans of either of the current teams, but the Steelers have won enough in the their time, so I'll be backing the Cards come game day.

What other American inspired snacks could one partake in on Superbowl Monday?

I played a game of Madden 09 online last night and won a Steelers(them)-Cardinals(me) match up, went to OT 14-14, I won by a field goal, so the forecast is in. But realisitcally if it is that low scoring the Steelers will probably take it.

Yeah I have no real allegiance to any team so I'll be backing the underdogs as well. I have to be honest, I float in and out of American Football and really only watch the big games, hence my backing of the underdog. I think though, as a sports fan, you have to appreciate the enormity of the spectacle, especially when it comes Superbowl time.

I will definitely be making some nachos on the day though fuck the beer. I still haven't found an american beer I enjoy and I sampled allllll sorts when I was in NYC last year.
