studio headphones.

hello.

i am after a pair of headphones for my bedroom computer music production. my current living arrangements prevent me from using speakers/ monitors so was hoping someone could recommend me a good quality pair of headphones given that i am an amature and maybe give me an estimate cost too?

i did see the headphones thread in the 'dj' forum but they seem to be more ruggedly designed for club use?
