Lets assume that pioneer has standard wiring conventions across it's products, (and that they resemble standard wiring conventions everywhere).
This would make Orange constant (+) power.
Red (+) = ignition power
Black = ground
Right that's the easy bit.
Green or yellow might usually be the light switch (when you put the lights on, the face lights up). You might want to leave this until last to see what you have at the end.
Now I've pulled my diagram from my old car stereo out.
Blue= system remote (turns on an amp or power antenna, max 300ma 12v +)
White was for some door alarm feature and yellow/black was for cellular mute.
You should have 8 striped wires left for speakers front & rear. You can probably pare them off by colouring. Whoops, hang on, this wiring diagram has one pure green wire (left) and one pure grey wire (right). But all the others are based on this with green-another colour and grey/other colour. Using a speaker you can test the stereo once hooked up to power to figure out which wires are which, use the balance and fader to isolate each speaker. Mark the wires. Once all this is accounted for, you can come back to the lighting wire (which is perhaps yellow). Provided that it's the only wire left, you can test it with power, perhaps a fuse in between.
Post up the wires if unsure.
