Poore called and apologised to Price- funny that, as St George are playing the Warriors this weekend....

What did Poore have to do with it?

Confused

Are you serious???

He picked up an unconscious Steve Price by the top then slammed him back on the ground?????

one would have to wonder why he asked if he wasn't serious...

Meh. Seems pretty insignificant to the whole incident. Given the furore was over White and Waterhouse a LOT more.

On biggie maybe, but not in the media here.

There was a LOT of media attention given to it, the Footy Show got right into it and so did all the aussie media. Hence Lazydog's surprise. Reason being is because Hodges, Inglis and Smith all came out and stated that Poore's handling of Price after he was unconscious is what infuriated them and got them all riled up. Inglis labled it a "dog act." You remember when Hodges was pointing at the NSW players and warning them they were gonna get it? That's why.

This is why I'm looking forward to the Dragns/Warriors game this weekend. Very Happy

Yes that's exactly what I said in the post.

You read left to right Neil...

Oh wait. Embarassed

huh? you've confused me dale.

I thought as a warriors fan you wouldn't be looking forward to the Dragons/Warriors game and the inevitable 20 point loss.

What's that got to do with reading from left to right?

Haha. I like how you waited to reply till after the game when you knew you could gloat. Nicely played. Well gloat away! It's not like it wasn't expected by the Warriors fans either.

To answer your original question objectively, it must have felt like in round 2 when the Tigers got smashed by 30 points by the Cowboys but just add in the crushing disappointment of a lost season born of high expectations... Neutral

Hey I got another question for ya Neil, how come you find it so easy to switch and add allegiances? Surely you gotta some faith in there somewhere?

That doesn't really make sense as an answer to my original question. But whatever.

And to answer your question: As stated in an earlier thread, I still support the warriors (although I am a realist), but I prefer to give my main support to a team that I can actually watch. League, to me, is about watching games. I'm not so much of a league fan that it can sustain my interest without actually watching games.
