Speed of Sound - Mar 28th, A WDC event

Breaking the sound barrier...

After a year's hiatus the Wellington Dance Collective is back!

Come to the premiere Speed of Sound party - where we'll kick genre wankery in the ass. The party is also a celebration of Joel/Jetpilot's 27th birthday and a KiwiBurn decompression event (so feel free to dress in your craziest costume).



House/Breaks/Electro/Prog - although it'll pretty much be whatever we get away with (future parties will be shaped around other sounds but it's definitely a loose guide).

also - they'll be a dedicated chill space, and fire performers!

All systems go...

apparently a whole team of fire dancers from up North will be descending on the event!

Might even have some aerial performers hanging from Curve's ceiling if it can hack it. Going to look for attachment points tomorrow...

Also just finished creating a 2m diameter yin-yang with 12" subs as a logo.
