Ummmm. Why do so many producers use that sort of kick drum and kit? Change the kick to something less obvious (and remove the rap) and the track wouldn't be too bad imo.

I used that kick cause I personally love it
My influences are well known.

We have a dub version, but I think its pretty silly to leave the rap out of a rap song. Especially since its my fave part of the song !

Fair enough on the kit - I'm just not a big fan of that sort of kit sound for some reason.

To be honest I was expecting more crapola funky house style and less of that new electro-tinged bassline crossover funky house. Not really my thing but solid enough. Def better than the original which is complete arse imo.
