Was on a trip around the UK, stopped at York just for the afternoon before heading on. Found a pub (there're around 186 pubs in York, and it's not a big town) that had coverage of some sporting event - a world cup, maybe? - and ordered a drink.
And then looked up to see my sister's father-in-law, who turned out to be over from New Zealand on holiday, visiting another of his sons (who lives in London). They'd decided to do a bit of a tour around the country while he was there.
