Thanks to my daily Dilbert, Ive found this wonderful new site to talk to people about my inability to pee in front of others

OK biggie.co.nz....its totally been a blast but Im off to a new message board now. And I am no longer ashamed that i have to loiter in the mens bathroom in clubs waiting for a free cubicle either.

I also thought RichardUSA was harsh with you - he comes off like a strict grandfatherly type, which is not always the best way to deal with strangers.

The experience you related sounds horrible but all too typical. When people get drunk all sorts of stuff comes out, from hostility to curiosity and even latent attractions. Also, normal etiquette seems to disappear and people say what's on their mind, even if it means singling you out for waiting.

I can't get from your post whether the Supper Club was a straight, mixed or gay establishment, or what your orientation is. I'm a gay man, and would be happy to discuss things with you via e-mail. Funnily enough, I'm going to be in Wellington early August!
