sharp GX10i question

how do you removed numbers from your address book?
you would think it would be simple...

view a name in the address book. Press the menu key (in the middle of the arrows. One of the options is delete.

so simple - I don't know where my brain was when I was trying to find that option

That's ok - it took me a couple of months to find the Speed dial setup option.

WHERE IS IT??!?!! I want to change mine

menu>Call Manager>Phone BookSettings>Speed Dial list

WTF.... I got into that menu and there's NO option to change the numbers assigned to the speed dial numbers.... WTF?!!?

They don't pay that badly....depends on your job

That menu options shows you what they are currently set to dude, if you want to add people to the speed dial list you have to do this:
1) They have to be on the sim card memory, not the phone memory (dumb)
2) open the entry in the phonebook by pressing the right arrow key when it is hightlighted
3) Once you've highlighted the number you want in Speed Dial press the menu key, one of the options will be 'Add to Speed dial'


This works on my phone, and it's the only way to do it that I know of. But none of the numbers I use most are on sim card as I have photo's and email addresses for those people. So I just have emergency and utility numbers on speed dial, like work and stuff.

sim no phone? but then for other things like pxt to email it has to be saved to phone not sim...
