With the Dawn Raid showcase as an appetiser I would have to say this was one of the best Hip Hop gigs this year!
RES, Straight from the Streets and 4 Corners definately held shit down and then the deceptikonz and Ill Semantics blew the roof off.
Q-Bert, Jazzy Jay and J-Rocc were amazing and if you missed this then sorry folks - you blew the opportunity of a lifetime.
Sirvere, Dawn Raid and the whole Holla Crew deserve nothing but praise for another fine Hip Hop event - the St James crowd was very nice for a Hip Hop event too - much respect Auckland.
