We are flying one of these mixers into the country for the very first time, especially for Sander's performance at Studio - 6th March.

They must be struggling selling those units considering that you can now do it all in computer.

I know DMC had most of the DVD units, which have now sold though, but it is a hell of a limited market at that price point.

SVM1000 - drool!!! I wonder how long the touch screens last under that sort of punishment.

Its only a mixer anyway so you'd still have to use a pc and timecodes if you didnt want to use dvds and overpriced dvd players. You'd soon get sick of being limited to just those effects and want a pc anyway.

Just nice to have all the knobs and buttons with a touchscreen in one piece of kit - not for those dollars though - superstar dj status only.
