Just saw the prices for some flights @ Ryanair.

They look pretty cheap. Is there a catch?

Dunno if there are extra costs, but I did see something on BBC a few weeks ago about them going to court and losing, and now they have to pay extra at some airports or something, so get in now, before prices go up!

The only catch is that a lot of the cheap flights are at awkward times of the day plus most dont go out of Heathrow. Plus you will have to pay airport tax on top of the ticket price.

ryanair doesn't fly into any major airports... and often doesn't fly into major cities (ie doesn't fly into Amsterdam at all).
like Domino said, just remember that there is an average 10quid airport tax on top of the fare...
pretty soon ryanair will be the equivalent of a flying bus... they're losing the reclining seats, the headrests, the seat pockets, the footrests and eventually all you'll be able to take on board is carry on luggage - no more checking in bags! all this is to keep prices down though, so all good.

When I was having a look @ the destinations you could travell to from London, they didnt look all that impressive...

easyjet is probably the best one mate. all the cut price airlines seem to have problems with departing on time. but you get what you pay for i guess. i was delayed in athens once for 3 hours waiting for an easyjet flight to get in, and thats not unusual.

easyjet is the way to go...stelios is the man..!!! Took on all the major airlines and won, he revolutionised european airtravel really..!!
