Shit mang, could be shit out of luck in vegas these days.
Been ages since i have been back to my motherland, but from what i remember "Barbarellas" caters for the refined musical pallate in teh vegas, have a few local, alt, punk, reggae/dub bands every now and then, and are the only place down with electronic music aswell.
if you wanna battle it out with the local hoodz then get your ass to Stix bar (formally cuebar, but the cues were more like stix so it got rebranded) Has taken shape as the playground for hip hop battles between the local boyz (some are actually quite talented).
But yeah, not any other options.
Lava Bar = commercial crap, but the kiwi experience bus is in there everynite at the attached backpackers for lusty tourists.
Grumpy Mole = speaks for itself
Fuze = 80's, 90's live band, midlife crisis audience
Pig & Whistle = reverse the name and ya get the idea.
