We are looking for a couple to share a 2 bdroom place in West Hampstead/Finchley rd area. The rent will be 165pounds/wk + bills.

This modern flat features:
- 2 bathrooms
- large lounge
- modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- large common area in the back yard (great for summer barbeques!)

The flat is about 7 minutes walk to Finchley Road tube station (Metropolitan line and Jubiliee Line). There is a Waitrose, O2 Centre with Sainsburys, numerous resturants and cinema.

In the other direction it is a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead which is serviced by the Jubilee Line and other over land services.

The room will be available early May, so if you know any couples that are keen snd me a PM.

Cheers! Very Happy

aaah, you're up near Finchley Rd now. I vaguely remember you saying you had moved.

No no.Am in Queens park but we are moving AGAIN!!! I hate and detest moving so freaken much. But we have found this lovely house near West Hampstead/Finchley rd. I can see us being there for a while. Now all we need are some cool peeps to move in with us. Very Happy

How are you??
[quote]
aaah I see! yeah, moving sucks!! I got lucky when I moved to Sydney. I found a nice house to move into in only 5 days and Ali my flatmate is working out really well. We have a good trade off happening, cos she travels for work a couple of days or a week every month I get to have the house to myself & I feed the 2 cats & 1 dog plus walk the dog! I've been surprised with how much work a dog is!!! walking it every night is hard work sometimes when all you wanna do is flop on the couch and drink wine!! Laughing

I got a new job this week. finally, a permanent job!! I start on the 14th. can't wait to get out of this boring job!!

mwah xx

So happy that Sydney is working out all good for you! Smile where and what is your new job??
heh Shaun and I have joked about renting a dog... would be great to have one sometimes, but not sure I would want to care for it 24/7.
Woould be great to have something that forces you to exercise though. Your very own cute personal trainer Razz

I'm going to work for GE Money. back doing home loan recoveries again... now with all the high interest rates things are getting really busy with loan arrears. really puts me off having a mortgage tho! I need to keep working on that rich husband to afford a house!!

yeah, the dog has it's benefits. it's a jack russell and it gets a lot of cute comments, even from guys sometimes!!

Well im currently residing with my brother on Cavendish Road and then im moving just down the road to Alderbrook Road??

If you head out of station turn right down the main street, just after shell and BK next road on your right is alderbrook, just before you get to where the shops start in Balham!

Pleased that you guys are all sorted Smile I loved living in Clapham.
But surely someone wants to live up north to??
With us in our awesome new flat?
Please don't make me live with the quiet, lovely "not really party people, but we occasionally head to the pub" people that we have found so far. Sad

I'd have been keen, I love the North West (I'm in Queens Park) but its just little ol me and the rent is too expensive for me Sad

Thanks Laina, yeah we wouldn't mind a single person but the room is probably a bit much for most peeps on their own. Hope you manage to find somwhere cool with non-freaky, but super awesome flatties to! Smile

We are also in Queens park at the moment, love it around here. We have 3 of the best pubs just at the end of our road- Have you been to the greyhound, regent or Paradise? All awesome!
[quote]
No I haven't been to any of those pubs.I've only been in Queens Park for 2 months and have been quite slack in checking out the locals. I'm in the dodgy part of Queens Park so they must be to the left of the tube station?? as I go right out of it and I haven't seen them. But in saying that, our flat won the pub quiz in Maida Vale last week.

I'm not really looking TBH, my flatties are all quite laid back which is really nice and refreshing from my old place in Marylebone. Pity as the location was amazing!

When do you move to the Hampsted/Finchley area? Maybe we should meet up for a drink one night before if you're free?

Sounds good Smile We are here for a couple more weeks.
Are you free early Friday evening? Think we will head to the Regent- which is more Kensal rise way.
Anybody else keen to come for a drink?

Laina- will flick you a PM with my details
Very Happy
