Hailed as Holland’s latest floor-filling export, globetrotting DJ/producer Rene Amesz has been rounding up a greater following in the past year.

With monster chunky tech house, dirty beats and rolling basslines, the Rene Amesz sound has been destroying speakers all over the world and Friday 28th March sees the Dutch dirty house master himself touch down to bring his unique sound to Asta once again.

His DJ diary for 2008 is filling up with gigs where fans appreciate the sore muscles you can only get from dancing all night; after all, that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?

Slammin productions present: RENE AMESZ
Friday 28th March
Asta Club & Lounge

With massive support from Mark Emerson, Tim Richards & Be Steve.

Only $10 on the door with complimentary beverage for the first 100 payers.

Thanks to RedBull, Becks and Biggie.co.nz!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

We would like to inform everyone that unfortunately Rene Amesz has had to cancel his current tour which would have seen him performing at Asta on Friday 28th March.

This cancellation comes with regret from Rene as he enjoyed his last visit to NZ and has been wanting to return to play for what he considers one of the most appreciative crowds of his previous tour.

Unfortunately the decision to cancel the current tour is due to unforseen and ununavoidable circumstances.

Rene, Asta and Slammin Productions would like to apologise to all those that were looking forward to attending the event.

Friday 28th March will now feature a free club night hosted by Mark Emerson, Tim Richards & Be Steve and those wanting a big dose of Tech house will still be offered drink specials, top local lineup and no cover charge.

With thanks,

Asta & Slammin' Productions.
