found some interesting stuff via a thread elsewhere - someone is setting up 'demo rally' days for the collectors who have got their hands on some of these old beasts.

Oohh yeah, i remember! Thoose Peugeots were out of this world! heaps of power and very little weight... were you an rally enthusiast back then?

Naaah, I was too young by the time they killed group b.

I have quite a good video called "To fast to race" and another one which I cant remember either ... but they go though a nice topographical view of each Group B car and their envolvement / roll in the WRC back in the late 70s / early 80s.

The porsche 959 was built with group b in mind but they had a few shocking crashes and canned it.

They ended up using the porsche on the Baja ... it actually won a few because it had car like suspesion for the high speed sand runs (where it made the time up)
