Well, I have experience in customer services at Vodafone, medical insurance claims assessment at Southern Cross Travel Insurance, and Relationship Management at Tower Insurance.
So, I'm thinking I'd be looking for some Relationship Management work, or failing that maybe claims assessment ... or, god forbid, customer services in a contact centre.
I'm thinking hard about heading off sooner, rather than later ... only really hanging round to build a bit more experience in my current role.
