Does anyone have any reccomendations about who I can flick my resume to, just so I can get an idea if I've got enough experience to get some decenet work in London.

Had a look at gumtree, but not a lot is jumping out at me.

Reed and Hayes would are probably the biggest and have a number of jobs listed on their own websites. If you are thinking of emailing them your CV and asking them for some feedback on how you'd go in the UK market, I wouldn't hold my breath getting a reply - particularly if you tell them you're thinking of comming over next year. City jobs is another site.

Well, I have experience in customer services at Vodafone, medical insurance claims assessment at Southern Cross Travel Insurance, and Relationship Management at Tower Insurance.

So, I'm thinking I'd be looking for some Relationship Management work, or failing that maybe claims assessment ... or, god forbid, customer services in a contact centre.

I'm thinking hard about heading off sooner, rather than later ... only really hanging round to build a bit more experience in my current role.

Did any of you use an NZ recruiters to look for jobs before you headed over?

I'm still thinking about going back to Tokyo and it's impossible to get non English Teacher related work once over there, so I'm trying to find a recruiter looking for staff to send over.
