R & S is back...

Well, the wait is over.
R & S rise from the grave.

2 years after Renaat announced it's 're-launch' there's a new single from Radio Slave. At first I thought it an odd signing, most Radio Slave tracks are purely functional dancefloor material, and R & S was known for creating techno anthems. But it seems that Matthew Edwards has really pulled one out of the bag... or rather two! Big dark techno dancefloor bombs! Nice.

And looks like Renaat has been courting the current crop of big techno names: Audion, Carl Craig, Booka Shade, Paul Woolford and I hear maybe Voorn etc.

So maybe a big room techno label will be around now to compete with Music Man, especially now that the Berghain sound is taking off and getting attention once again, and DJs aren't afraid to peak things out again.

Pffff.... even tho Rhythm & Sound is Maurizio is still playing, somewhat better than ever.
