putting track marks onto mixes on Mac

Hi

I am after advice on the best piece of software to use to put track marks onto mixes so i can then burn it onto CD and give it out as promo CD's.

I have a Mac. I'm prepared to spend some money on the software but would prefer freeware.

Any suggestions?
